Dear Sir/Madam,

I just wanted to write to say a massive thank you to you all at The Memory Foam Mattress Firm.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered 2 memory foam mattresses for my children. I ended up buying it from your site purely because you were so much cheaper than anyone else.

This might lead some people to believe that customer service, quality of goods or delivery would suffer but you guys delivered in every department.

The customer service I received prior to the mattresses being delivered was excellent.

As was the delivery. The mattresses and covers quality was amazing, really thick.

So I just want to say thanks to everyone involved. My kids love the mattresses (as do we) and we will recommend you to anyone that is considering buying beds or mattresses.

Just to say the I am very much appreciating the orthopedic, Memory Foam

mattress that we bought over two weeks ago. I had two discs out way back in

the 1960'S and find that I am not tossing and turning in the night to find

a more comfortable position, and not having the pain and stiffness in the

mornings. It's really comfortable and I am so pleased.

Just to let you know the replacement mattress has arrived ok.

Haven't yet tried it, but it looks and feels allot better, will let you know when we have had some good sleeps.
